摘要
越来越多手术方式应用于治疗青光眼,在有效缓解眼压的基础上,如何进一步提高患者的术后视觉质量,引起了眼科学者越来越多的关注.患者的术后视觉质量与患者的术后角膜散光的变化密切相关.不同手术方式对青光眼患者的术后角膜散光影响也不相同.就不同的青光眼手术方式,包括青光眼小梁切除术、青光眼小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术、超声睫状体成形术、青光眼引流器植入术、微创青光眼手术等对患者术后角膜散光影响的研究进行了归纳,并对其发生机制、影响因素及预防手段进行了总结.
Abstract
Trabeculectomy is the most commonly performed glaucoma operation.Various surgical techniques such as glaucoma trab-eculectomy with phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation,ultrasonic ciliary plasty,glaucoma drainage devices,and newer minimally invasive glaucoma surgery are also used to treat glaucoma.Despite the popularity of such procedures,the impact of glau-coma surgical techniques on astigmatism is still incompletely understood.Our review aimed to summarize the existing literature on the effect of glaucoma surgery on astigmatism.
