M受体信号通路在近视发生发展中作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of M receptor signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of myopia

M受体参与调节众多眼组织生理活动.研究表明,M受体可通过调节睫状肌收缩、调控视网膜和脉络膜中近视相关神经递质(如多巴胺)和生长因子(如转化生长因子β2)的表达来影响巩膜成纤维细胞增殖和基质金属蛋白酶2水平,进而影响巩膜重塑和眼轴增长,最终影响近视的发生发展.近年来,大量动物实验及临床研究均证实M受体拮抗剂可有效延缓近视进展.论文就不同眼组织(睫状肌、视网膜、脉络膜和巩膜)中M受体信号通路在近视发生发展中的作用进行简要综述,以期为近视相关机制研究及临床治疗提供思路.
M receptors participate in regulating numerous physiological activities in eye tissues.Studies have shown that M receptors can regulate ciliary muscle contraction,regulate the expression of myopia-related neurotransmitters(such as dopamine)and growth factors(such as transforming growth factor β2)in the retina and choroid,and affect scleral fibroblast proliferation and matrix metal-loproteinase-2 expression,which in turn affects scleral remodeling and axial growth,ultimately affecting the occurrence and develop-ment of myopia.In recent years,a large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed that M receptor antago-nists effectively delay the progression of myopia.This article provides a brief review of the role of the M receptor signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of myopia in different eye tissues(ciliary muscle,retina,choroid,and sclera),to provide ideas for the studing of myopia-related mechanisms and clinical treatment.
