随着人口老龄化的加重,听力障碍和需要人工耳蜗(cochlear implant,CI)的人群日益增加.人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)日益发展,其用于CI领域的研究可更好地改进相关产品和改善患者术后效果.目前已有研究将AI用于CI产品的研发、手术方式的改进、术后调机策略的优化和术后效果的预测等方面,本文将从上述方面进行综述,探讨AI用于CI的发展方向和应用前景.
The application of artificial intelligence in cochlear implantation
As the population is aging,the number of individuals with hearing impairments and those requiring cochlear implant(CI)is steadily increasing.The development of artificial intelligence(AI)is advancing rapidly,and its application in the field of CIs can better improve related products and enhance postoperative outcomes for patients.Current research has applied AI to various aspects of CI product development,surgical technique improvement,postoperative programming strategies optimization,and postoperative outcome prediction.This article will review these aspects and explore the development directions and application prospects of AI in the field of CIs.
