摘要
针对LTE网络中普遍存在的多频段多制式的复杂网络结构,将各网络按覆盖及容量的职责划分,梳理和精简各网络间的测量和邻区关系,大幅降低网络的相邻关系和切换次数,简化网络的互操作及邻区维护优化工作,改善终端在网络间的驻留信号强度和业务性能,方案在现网实施后效果良好.
Abstract
Considering the ubiquity of complex LTE network with multi-frequency and multi-network standard,this paper introduces the method of classifying network with covering-layer and capacity-layer,sorts out and cuts down the redundancy measurement frequency,reduces the neighbor relations and handover by a large margin,simplifies network interoperability,neighbor maintenance and optimization,and improves the terminal signal and performance.Good effect is achieved after the solution is completed.
