高效光伏组件的光致衰减与发电量实证研究

通过户外实证的方式,对比分析了 目前市面上主流的PERC、TOPCon和HJT三种高效光伏组件的光致衰减情况,并对发电量进行对比,分析不同类型高效组件的经济性.经过6个月的实证测试,发现PERC、TOPCon、HJT三种类型组件的功率均有不同程度的衰减,其中HJT组件衰减率最低,其发电量相比PERC有3.15%的增益.
An Empirical Study of Light-induced Degradation and Power Generation of High-efficiency Photovoltaic Modules
This paper analyzes the light-induced degradation of three major photovoltaic modules of PERC,TOPCon and HJT in the market,and compares the power generation capacity through outdoor experiments to analyze their economy.After 6 months of experimental testing,it was found that the power generation capacities of all three types of modules are reduced but in different degradation degrees.The HJT module shows the lowest degradation,and demonstrates 3.15%electricity generation gain compared with PERC.
