This paper analyzes the light-induced degradation of three major photovoltaic modules of PERC,TOPCon and HJT in the market,and compares the power generation capacity through outdoor experiments to analyze their economy.After 6 months of experimental testing,it was found that the power generation capacities of all three types of modules are reduced but in different degradation degrees.The HJT module shows the lowest degradation,and demonstrates 3.15％electricity generation gain compared with PERC.
