Data from 31 provinces were selected to empirically analyze the factors affecting regional economic green development.Firstly,the mechanism of technological innovation in promoting green economic development was analyzed,the results indicate that regional technological innovation has a significant promoting effect on economic green development.The impact of regional environmental regulations and industrial structure upgrading on green economic development is positive.On the contrary,the impact of regional foreign direct investment on economic green development is negative but not significant.Based on the analysis,this article proposes a series of relevant suggestions for future technological innovation and green economic development,which include emphasizing the input and output of technological innovation,improving the environmental regulatory system,optimizing industrial structure,and guiding investment flows,aiming to promote economic development towards a green and sustainable direction.
