Study on the Influencing Factors of Vocational Education Meta-Universe Adoption Behavior Based on the Integrated Analysis Model of TAM and TPB
Vocational education metaverse,as a new educational form,represents a pivotal direction for the future digital development of vocational education.Based on the integrated analysis model of TAM and TPB,the influencing factors of teachers'adoption behaviors towards vocational education meta-universe in higher vocational colleges were investigated through a questionnaire survey.The results indicate that perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on vocational education meta-universe adoption behavior,and vocational education meta-universe adoption attitude plays a partial mediating role;perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on vocational education meta-universe adoption behavior,but it has a significant negative effect on vocational education meta-universe adoption attitude;both subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have significant positive impacts on the adoption behavior,with the attitude towards adoption again playing a partial mediating role.To enhance the ease of use of vocational education metaverse teaching,self-efficacy,and teaching competence,efforts should focus on strengthening technical support,harnessing internal motivation,and augmenting the perception of control.
