摘要
情感管理对学生学习动机、兴趣培养、社交能力及人际关系构建、自我认知与评价具有显著影响.为提升学生情感管理能力,帮助学生更好地成长,在分析情感管理内涵的基础上,阐述了提升情感管理能力对学生成长的重要性,提出了教育工作者应采取的策略.教育者需遵循个性化、系统性、实践性原则,通过专注于课堂情感管理、丰富课外活动、构建个别辅导与心理支持体系、通过效果评估与持续改进计划等策略,促进学生情感能力全面提升.
Abstract
Emotion management has significant effects on students'learning motivation,interest cultivation,social ability and interpersonal relationship construction,self-cognition and evaluation.In order to improve students'emotional management ability and help students grow up better,this paper expounds the importance of improving emotional management ability to students'growth on the basis of analyzing the connotation of emotional management,and puts forward strategies for educators.Educators need to follow the principles of individualization,systematization and practicality,and promote the overall improvement of students'emotional ability by focusing on classroom emotional management,enriching extracurricular activities,constructing individual counseling and psychological support system,and adopting strategies such as effect evaluation and continuous improvement plan.
