摘要
如何在教育高质量发展背景和高职毕业生逐年增加的情况下做好高职大学生就业工作,高职就业指导课程起到至关重要的作用.文章分析了目前高职院校就业指导课程存在课程内容结构不尽合理、教学方法简单、师资力量薄弱等问题,并针对问题提出对策:明确课程定位,科学构建课程内容体系;利用网络和实践教学,创新教学方法和手段;优化师资结构,打造创新型教师队伍.
Abstract
Employment guidance courses play an important role in helping vocational college students in the job market.Through analysis of employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper finds that there are problems such as unreasonable course contents structure,simple teaching methods,and weak faculty strength.Accordingly,countermeasures are provided,including defining course objectives clearly,constructing course contents scientifically,innovating teaching methods by using online resources and practical teaching,and optimizing teaching staff structure and forging an innovative teaching team.
