Problems and Countermeasures of Employment Guidance Course Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of High Quality Development of Education
Employment guidance courses play an important role in helping vocational college students in the job market.Through analysis of employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper finds that there are problems such as unreasonable course contents structure,simple teaching methods,and weak faculty strength.Accordingly,countermeasures are provided,including defining course objectives clearly,constructing course contents scientifically,innovating teaching methods by using online resources and practical teaching,and optimizing teaching staff structure and forging an innovative teaching team.
