LLDPE和POE协同增韧均聚PP的研究

聚丙烯(PP)是五大通用塑料之一,均聚PP自身结晶度高,韧性较差.通过添加POE来改善LLDPE/均聚PP的相容性,从而进一步提高共复合材料的低温冲击强度和综合力学性能.实验结果表明均聚PP材料中加入一定比例的LLDPE和POE,均会降低复合材料的MFR、硬度、弯曲弹性模量和拉伸强度,其中单纯添加POE的体系影响更明显.总添加量小于15%时,加入不同比例的LLDPE和POE,可以改善LLDPE和均聚PP的界面结合,从而显著改善PP的冲击性能,起到很好的增韧效果.
Research on the Synergistic Toughening of Homopolymer PP by LLDPE and POE
Polypropylene(PP)is one of the five general plastics,and homopolymer PP features high crystallinity and poor toughness.The compatibility of LLDPE/homopolymer PP is improved by adding POE in order to further improve the low temperature impact strength and comprehensive mechanical properties of cocomposites.The experimental results show that the addition of LLDPE and POE in a certain proportion can reduce the MFR,hardness,flexural elastic modulus and tensile strength of the composites,and the effect of adding POE alone is more obvious.When the total addition amount is less than 15%,adding different proportions of LLDPE and POE can improve the interface combination of LLDPE and PP in ordet to significantly improve the impact performance of PP and display a good toughening effect.
