How Digital Construction of Grass-roots Government Drives the Diverse Collaborative Networks:A Case Study of Q City Jiangsu Province
From the micro perspective,the mechanisms of the formation of diverse cooperative networks through digital construction of grassroots government still need to be explored and refined.This paper,based on the theory of actor network,conducts relevant discussions on the case of Q city's digital government construction to respond to the above issue.The results show that the process of promoting the formation of diverse cooperative networks by digital construction of grassroots government is a complex dynamic process,which goes through the stages of problem presentation,interest assignment,mobilization of recruitment,and dissent mobilization,ultimately producing an actor alliance and forming a network of collaborators.
