摘要

痰湿型是多囊卵巢综合征最常见的证型之一,其发病机制符合"脾虚失运,痰壅胞宫"的病机理论.启宫丸是治疗体肥、子宫脂满不能孕育之良方,启宫丸的方药配伍规律和现代药理研究皆证明,应用启宫丸治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征切中"痰壅胞宫"病机理论,方证相应,且有显著的治疗优势.在临床实际治疗中,应坚持整体观念,临证多用燥湿化痰、理气活血之品,并根据患者的证候特征适量加减,方可发挥其良好效果.

Abstract

Phlegm-dampness type is one of the most common syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome,and its pathogenesis is in line with the pathogenesis theory of"spleen deficiency failing to transport and phlegm congestion in the uterus".Qigong pill(启宫丸)is a good treatment for infertility caused by body fat and uterine fat.The formula compatibility and modern pharmacological study of Qigong Pill have proved that the application of Qigong pill in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type of polycystic ovary syndrome is in accord with the pathogenesis theory of"phlegm congestion in the uterus"and has the corresponding formula and syndrome with significant therapeutic advantages.In the actual clinical treat-ment,we should adhere to holism,apply Chinese medicinals for drying dampness and resolving phlegm,regulating qi and activating blood,and modify according to patients'symptom characteristics in order to achieve its good efficacy.
