胃癌前病变与"脾主卫"关系探讨

胃癌前病变是胃癌发生发展的关键环节,在防治胃癌方面具有重要研究价值,中医认为其病机关键在于脾胃虚弱.《黄帝内经》"脾主卫"理论认为,脾胃具有保证机体正常运转,不受外来邪气侵害的作用.近年来针对该理论的现代生物学研究多从免疫角度着手,认为脾胃是通过提高人体免疫功能达到防治疾病的目的,即为"脾主卫"."脾主卫"与胃癌前病变发生机制关系密切,健脾在延缓胃癌前病变进展、逆转组织病理学改变方面具有重要作用.
Relationship Between Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer and "Spleen Governing Defense"
Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),as a key link in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,have important research value in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the key to its pathogenesis is the spleen and stomach deficiency.It was believed in the theory of"spleen governing defense"of Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine that the spleen and stomach have the function of ensuring the normal operation of the body and protecting the body from the attack by external pathogenic factors.Recently,modern biological research on the theory of"spleen governing defense"has mostly focused on the immune system.It is believed that the spleen and stomach achieve the goal of preventing and treating diseases by improving the immune function of the human body."Spleen governing defense"is closely related to the pathogenesis of PLGC.Invigorating spleen plays an important role in delaying the progression of PLGC and reversing histopathological changes.
