Danggui Sini Decoction(当归 四 逆 汤)is a representative formula for the treatment of blood deficiency and cold reversal syndrome,which has the effect of warming meridians and expelling cold,nourishing blood and activating pulse.Modern study finds that it can play the role of anticoagulation and anti-thrombosis,improving peripheral and systemic blood circulation,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,spasmolysis,increasing nerve conduction velocity and so on.On the basis of summarizing the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Danggui Sini Decoction,the pharmacodynamic material basis of Danggui Sini Decoction was summarized and analyzed based on traditional phytochemical isolation analysis,serum pharmacochemistry,metabolomics,spec-tral effect relationship,network pharmacology and multi-target high throughput screening.It provides reference for further development of Danggui Sini Decoction and quality control of related preparations.Total 49 references are cited.
