Lung is a delicate zang-organ,which is easily invaded by wind pathogen.Wind pathogen is closely related to the onset and progression of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA).Wind pathogen runs through the entire process of ABPA,mainly manifested as pathogenesis such as wind attacking lung defense,latent wind in lung,and wind toxin damaging collaterals,etc.We should pay attention to wind pathogen in diagnosis and treatment of ABPA,advocate the appropriate combination of wind medicine according to the pathogenesis characteristics of different stages of the disease,and use treatment methods such as replenishing qi and dispersing wind,expelling wind and ventilating lung,removing wind and dredging collaterals to release exterior pathogens,expel latent wind,and dredge lung collaterals.During the stage of exterior pathogen attacking lung,medicinals for tonifying qi,consolidating exterior,and dispersing wind should be used to benefit lung qi,expel wind,consolidate striae and interstice and prevent pathogen from entry.The stage of latent wind in lung is the key to prevent and treat this disease.In the treatment,expelling wind and ventilating lung,regulating qi and resolving phlegm could prevent wind from escaping.In the stage of wind toxin damaging collaterals,expelling wind and removing toxin,breaking abdominal mass,removing wind and dredging collaterals should be used in combination to eliminate wind toxin,break abdominal mass,and clear collaterals.
