Exploration on Research Mode of Evidence-Based Pathogenesis-Syndrome Treatment System Based on Combination of Disease and Syndrome in Inner Canon of Huangdi
This paper deeply explores the idea of combining disease and syndrome in Inner Canon of Huangdi which is the pioneer of differentiation and treatment of the disease.On this basis,the book combined disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation according to zang-fu organs,etiology,meridians and collaterals,and six meridians,which initiated the idea of combining disease and syndrome,and established a solid theoretical foundation for the development of pathogenesis,syndrome,treatment principle and method in later generations.Based on the internal connection and unity among pathogenesis,syndrome,treatment method,formulas and medicines,it is proposed that the combination of disease and syndrome is the theoretical basis of evidence-based pathogenesis-syndrome treatment system,which takes disease as the research basis,pathogenesis as the core element,and clinical efficacy as the evaluation standard."Evaluation of pathogenesis based on efficacy"is the key to the construction of evidence-based pathogenesis-syndrome treatment system.In the construction process,the method of systematic evaluation of evidence-based medicine is used for reference,and the way of"syndrome verification according to formula and pathogenesis verification"is used to provide idea for the construction of evidence-based pathogenesis-syndrome treatment system.
