摘要
探讨黄元御对疫病、痘病、疹病的认识,总结黄元御关于疫病的诊疗思想.梳理寒疫、温疫、痘病、疹病的病因病机、传变预后、临床证治,以寒疫为例,详细列举了其证候、主治、用方、药物.黄元御疫病诊疗思想的特点主要为遵仲景而行六经辨证、依临床而简疫病分类、重中气而统病机演变、明营卫而善透发治疗.
Abstract
We explored HUANG Yuanyu's understanding of epidemic diseases,smallpox,exanthema and comprehensively summarized HUANG Yuanyu's thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases.We analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis,transmission,prognosis,and clinical treatment of cold epidemic,warm epidemic,smallpox and exanthema.Taking cold epidemic as an example,we provided a detailed list of its syndromes,indications,prescriptions,and medicines.The results showed that the characteristics of HUANG Yuanyu's thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases included four aspects:syndrome differentiation based on six meridians following ZHANG Zhongjing,simplifying the classification of epidemic diseases according to clinical practice,emphasizing on middle qi and unifying pathogenesis,expelling pathogenic qi based on the theory of nutrient-defense.
