三维重建技术在舌诊中的应用与挑战

三维重建在舌诊中的应用方法包括经典三维重建技术与深度学习技术,通过计算机视觉技术与图像处理算法将二维舌象图像进行三维重建,重建后的三维舌体能够对舌体胖瘦、齿痕深浅、舌苔厚薄、裂纹深长、点刺高度等立体舌象信息进行空间量化描述及精确重构,可满足舌诊时多方位、立体性的临床观察需求,对舌诊客观化、智能化发展的应用价值极大,可为未来三维重建技术在舌诊中的发展提供参考.因此,提取舌体的三维动态信息并重建出更真实的动态舌体是发展舌诊客观化、立体化的重要方向,同时为舌诊客观化、智能化研究在临床疾病辨识、辅助治疗及预后评估等方面的深入研究提供借鉴.参考文献41篇.
Application and Challenge of Three-dimensional Reconstruction Technology in Tongue Diagnosis
The methods employed in the three-dimensional reconstruction of tongue diagnosis encompass both classical techniques and deep learning techniques.By leveraging computer vision technology and image processing algorithms,two-dimensional tongue images can be transformed into three-dimensional models,enabling spatial quantification and accurate representation of various aspects such as the thickness of the tongue body,depth of tooth marks,thickness of tongue coating,length of cracks,and height of acu-puncture points.This meets the clinical demand for multi-angle and three-dimensional examination in tongue diagnosis while holding significant appli-cation value in advancing objective and intelligent approaches to this field through three-dimensional reconstruction techniques.Therefore,extracting dy-namic information from the tongue to construct a more realistic dynamic model becomes an important direction towards developing objective and three-dimensional analysis in tongue diagnosis.It also provides guidance for further research on objective and intelligent analysis in clinical disease identification,assisted treatment,prognosis evaluation based on tongue diagnosis.There were 41 references in total.
