Determination of Chlorogenic Acid、Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in Fructus Chaenomelis by Wavelength Conversion-HPLC
Objective:To establish a wavelength conversion method of HPLC for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Fructus Chaenomelis.Methods:Stationary phase was Kro masoil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the column temperature of 30 ℃.Acetonitril-0.6% H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 326 nm and 210 nm.Results:The chlorogenic acid had a good linearity relationship(r=0.9994,n=6) between 0.192~2.880 μg.The oleanolic acid had a linear range between 0.4887.320 μg with r=O.9999(n=6).The ursolic acid had a linear range between 0.437~6.468 μμg with r=1(n=6).The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 101.13% with RSD of 1.98%,the oleanolic acid was 99.64% with RSD of 1.97%,the ursolic acid was 99.66% with RSD of 1.90%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fructus Chaenomelis.
