响应曲面法优化沙棘多糖的提取工艺研究

目的:以响应曲面法优化沙棘多糖的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法研究提取温度、提取时间和水料比对沙棘多糖提取率的影响。结果:沙棘多糖提取的的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度97.2℃、提取时间60.3 min、水料比15.65∶1,此条件下,沙棘多糖的提取率为10.28%。结论:响应曲面法工艺简单,得率较高,可用于沙棘多糖的提取。
Optimization of Extraction Process of Hippophae Fhamnoides L. Polysaccharide by Re-sponse Surface Methodology
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Hippophae fhamnoides L. polysaccharide by re-sponse surface methodology. Methods:Based on the single-factor experiment,the influence of extraction ten-perature,extraction time and ratio of water to material on extraction yield of Hippophae fhamnoides L. polysaccharide was study by response surface methodology. Results:The optimum extraction conditions of Hippophae fhamnoides L. polysaccharide were as follows: the extraction temperature was 97.2℃,the extrac-tion time was 60.3 minutes and the ratio of water to material was 15.65∶1(mL/g). Under this condition,the yield of polysaccharide from Hippophae fhamnoides L. Was 10.28%. Conclusion:The response surface methodology is simple and with high yield,so it can be used to extract polysaccharide from Hippophae fhamnoides L.
