陈宝贵运用四金二胡汤治疗胆石症经验

摘要
胆石症是临床上常见的、多发性消化系统病症. 陈宝贵认为肝失疏泄,胆汁生化失常,排泄不畅,瘀滞日久,聚而成石,肝和胆疏泄功能失常是胆石症基本病机. 陈老师常采用四金二胡汤化裁治疗胆石症患者,四金二胡汤由金钱草、海金沙、郁金、鸡内金、柴胡、延胡索等组成,是陈老师根据多年临证经验自拟的常用方剂,疗效显著.
Abstract
Cholelithiasis is a common digestive diseases in the clinic with frequent occurrence. Professor CHEN Baogui holds that liver failing to disperse could cause disorder of the generation and discharge of the bile,which could accumulate into the stone. Liver and gallbladder failing to disperse is the fundamental mechanism of cholelithiasis. Professor Chen often treats cholelithiasis by modified sijin erhu decoction ,which consists of Jinqiancao (Herba Lysimachiae),Haijinsha (Spora Lygodii),Yujin (Radix Curcumae),Jineijin (En-dothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli),Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri),Yanhusu (Rhizoma Corydalis),and other herbs. This formula is invented by Professor Chen based his rich clinical experience ,and the effect is strong and obvious.
