摘要

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是心脑血管疾病发生发展过程中最重要的病理因素,宋鲁成教授认为AS性疾病的发病及病理变化过程与肿瘤发病极为类似,故提出"微观癥积"理论.宋教授认为AS性疾病的产生是气虚、痰、瘀、毒、气滞共同作用的结果,AS斑块可类比为血管上的"癥瘕积聚".并基于此理论提出采用温阳益气、化痰祛瘀、消癥散结等方法综合治疗AS性疾病,创立经验方参夏合剂,临床治疗AS性疾病取得了显著疗效.并结合验案1则对"微观癥积"理论进行阐释,以期为中西医结合治疗AS性疾病提供新的思路.

Abstract

Atherosclerosis(AS)is the most important pathological factor in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Professor SONG Lucheng believes that the pathogenesis and pathological changes of AS diseases are very similar to the incidence of tumors,so he puts forward the theory of"microscopic lump".Professor SONG believes that the emergence of AS diseases is the result of the interaction of qi deficiency,phlegm,stasis,toxicity,and qi stagnation and AS plaques can be compared to"Microscopic Lump"on blood vessels.Based on this theory,Professor SONG puts forward the comprehensive treatment of AS diseases with the methods of warming yang and supplementing qi,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,eliminating lump and dispersing mass and establishes the empirical formula Shenxia Mixture(参夏合剂),which has achieved remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of AS disease.One test case is attached to illustrate the theory of"Microscopic Lump",with a prospect of providing a new idea for the treatment of AS disease by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
