高血压前期是高血压病的潜伏期，已经出现代谢异常、血流动力学改变等亚健康状态。高血压前期病因病机与"虚""郁"密切相关。脾虚是高血压前期的发病基础，气郁是病机发展的中间环节，痰、瘀、火等病理产物是发病的关键因素。治疗以健运脾胃、理气开郁为原则，化痰、活血、清热多法并用，同时注重日常调护，防治结合。
Treatment of Prehypertension Based on"Deficiency"and"Stagnation"
Prehypertension is the latent phase of hypertension,and there are metabolic abnormalities,hemody-namic changes,and other suboptimal health statuses.The etiology and pathogenesis of prehypertension are closely related to"deficiency"and"stagnation".Spleen deficiency is the basis of the pathogenesis of prehyper-tension,qi stagnation is the intermediate link of pathogenesis development,and the pathological products of phlegm,stasis and fire are the key factors of pathogenesis.The treatment is based on the principle of promoting spleen and stomach,regulating qi and dispersing stagnation,combined with multiple methods of eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and clearing heat,while focusing on daily care and combining prevention and treatment.
