摘要
探讨芜湖市名老中医朱涛如经验方新制龙牡汤的组方用意和临床应用.类比新制龙牡汤与经典名方柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤、桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤的异同:三方虽均有安神定志之用意,但与柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤相比,新制龙牡汤针对的是无形虚邪而非有形实邪;与桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤相比,新制龙牡汤更偏于滋阴而非温阳.新制龙牡汤具有育阴潜阳、调和营卫等功效.本文总结朱老临床应用该方治疗高血压眩晕、梦遗滑精、肾盂肾炎等疾病的经验,类比其他医家相似医案治法治意的异曲同工之处.另附笔者临床应用新制龙牡汤加减治疗帕金森综合征医案一则.
Abstract
This paper discusses the prescription intention and clinical application of New Longmu Decoction(新制龙牡汤)prepared by ZHU Taoru,a famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Wuhu City.An analogy of the similarities and differences between New Longmu Decoction and the classic famous prescriptions of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)and Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction(桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤)is made.Although all the three prescriptions have the intention of spirit-tranquillizing and mind-stabilizing,compared with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction,New Longmu Decoction targets the invisible deficiency-type pathogen rather than the tangible excess pathogen.Compared with Guizhi and Longgu Muli Decoction,New Longmu Decoction is more about nourishing yin instead of warming yang.New Longmu Decoction has the effect of nourishing yin for suppressing hyperactive yang,harmonizing ying and wei.This paper summerizes Master ZHU's clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension,vertigo,nocturnal emission and involuntary emission of andrology,pyelonephritis and other diseases with this prescription,and compares the similarities and meanings of other doctors with similar medical cases.A medical record of the author's clinical application of the New Longmu Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease is attached.
