By reviewing the immunopathological pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),the correlation between various immune factors such as immune cells,intestinal microbiota,inflammatory mediators in chronic low-grade inflammation,epigenetics,etc.and PCOS was discussed.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the correlation between immune factors and PCOS was explored by analyzing the immune characteristics and treatment options of PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness constitution and those with kidney deficiency syndrome.There are 37 references.
