摘要

刘清国教授在抑郁症的临床治疗中,治病求本,谨守神机逆乱之病机,谨遵调神开郁之法.刘教授认为抑郁症病位在脑,临证选取百会、神庭、四神聪、本神头部调神穴位,妙用火针疗法,共奏调神开郁、舒达气机、调畅情志之功.并对典型医案进行报道,以期丰富抑郁症的治疗方法.

Abstract

In the clinical treatment of depression,Professor LIU Qingguo scrupulously follows the method of regulating the spirit and relieving the depreesion based on the root causes of the disease and scrupulously observeing the pathogenesis of qi disorder.Professor LIU believes that depression is located in the brain,clinically,the acupoints of Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV 24),Sishencong(EX-HN l),and Benshen(GB 13),and acupoints in head to regulate the spirit are selected,and fire needle therapy is applied flexibly,which achieves the effect of regulating the spirit and relieving depression,regulating qi and emotions.And typical medical cases are reported to enrich the treatment methods of depression.
