This paper systematically elucidates the clinical experience of Professor FANG Zhijun in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Professor FANG believes that"the flow of wind evil and the imbalance of qi"are the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.The invasion of external wind,the latent internal wind,the linkage between internal and external factors,and the subsequent addition of other pathogenic factors can cause the disease.Therefore,the retention of wind pathogenic factors is the core cause of the disease.The key pathogenesis of this disease is the imbalance of qi movement,physiological disorders,the gathering of other pathogens,and the transformation into cancer.And Professor FANG puts forward the treatment method of"supporting the healthy qi and dispelling wind,regulating qi and unblocking the fu organs",combined with clear differentiation of stages and integration of Chinese and Western medicine,to achieve personalized and comprehensive treatment.Clinically,it can effectively slow down the progression of diseases and improve the quality of life of patients.And 1 test case is attached.
