原发性高血压(EH)作为一种异质性疾病，一般认为是在一定的遗传易感性基础上由多种环境因素综合作用的结果，该认识与中医整体观辨治疾病具有高度的相似性。基于中医整体观进一步阐释EH发病学特点及其病理生理演变的内在机制，为中西医结合防治EH提供新的视角。并根据整体观思维提出行之有效的防治EH的策略，对构建中西医并重的EH慢病防治体系具有重要意义。
Differentiation and Treatment of Essential Hypertension Based on Holistic View
Essential hypertension(EH),as a heterogeneous disease,is generally considered to be the result of a variety of environmental factors on the basis of a certain genetic susceptibility,which is highly similar to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the holistic view of TCM,the pathogenesis of EH and the internal mechanism of its pathophysiological evolution was explained,so as to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of EH with integrated Chinese and western medicine,and to put forward effective prevention and treatment strategies based on the holistic view,which is of great significance for the construction of the chronic disease prevention and treatment system of EH with equal emphasis on Chinese and western medicine.
