摘要
总结高树中教授针药并用治疗肩周炎经验,并介绍典型医案.高师基于中医经典理论,结合临床实践经验,认为本病病因病机以肝肾亏虚、阳气虚衰、筋失濡煦为本,以风寒湿邪、瘀血痰浊、痹阻筋脉为标,以通补为基本治疗原则,主张针药并用、内外合治.针灸方面以"有经则辨经,多经求阳明"为指导选取远端穴位,并运用特色刺法,结合局部阿是穴以疏通经络、通调气血;中药方面应用经验方以补益肝肾、温阳散寒;同时结合耳穴压豆、药渣熨患处辅助治疗.
Abstract
Experience by Professor GAO in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture and Chinese medicinals is summarized and typical cases are introduced.Drawing from classic Chinese medical theories and clinical practice experience,Professor GAO believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are rooted in liver and kidney deficiency,the decline of yang energy,and the loss of nourishment and warmth for tendons.Manifestations of the disease are characterized by the invasion of wind,cold,and dampness,as well as blood stagnation and phlegm turbidity,leading to blockage of the tendons.Following the fundamental treatment principle of"regulating and nourishing",Professor GAO advocates the simultaneous use of acupuncture and herbal medicine for a combined internal and external approach to treatment.He advocates the combination of acupuncture and medicinals,combined internal and external treatment.On acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the distal acupoints are selected under the guidance of"deter-mine the meridian when the meridian is affected,and treat yangming meridian when various meridians are affected".Moreover,the specialized needling manipulation is applied in combination with local ashi points to dredge meridians and collaterals,to regulate qi and blood.As to the use of Chinese medicinals,experience formulas are applied to tonify liver and kidney,warm yang and disperse cold;besides,ear acupoint pressing,medicinals residue warming and application should be applied as assistant treatment.
