This paper explains the Chinese medicine connotation of of Jianpi Qushi Heluo Prescription(健脾祛湿和络方)in the effective treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)from the perspective of multi-dimensional treatment and combined with the research progress of Jianpi Qushi Heluo Prescription.IMN takes spleen deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome as the core syndromes,Jianpi Qushi Heluo Prescription is based on regulating spleen and stomach,and spleen and kidney are treated together.From the theory of lung-kidney correlation,intestine-kidney correlation,and lung and large intestine being exterior and interior correlated,Jianpi Qushi Heluo Prescription reflects the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine of spleen-lung combined treatment,intestine-kidney combined treatment and large intestine-lung combined treatment.The multidimensional theory of combining spleen,lung,intestine and kidney is the root of the effectiveness of Jianpi Qushi Heluo Prescription.
