Objective:To sort out the medication regularity of bones and muscles injury of GUANs'academic school of acupuncture and moxibustion and to provide basis for school inheritance and clinical application.Methods:The empirical prescriptions recorded in GUAN's Frequently Used Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions and Prescriptions Guidelines for bones and muscles injury of GUAN Qingxin,the second generation of GUANs'academic school of acupunc-ture and moxibustion,were classified respectively and a database was established.Frequency statistics were carried out by Excel,visual analysis was carried out by JAVA and Gephi software,and the medication regularity of bones and muscles injury of GUANs'academic school of acupuncture and moxibustion were found.Results:There were 71 empirical prescriptions in GUAN's bones and muscles injury treatment,including 66 prescriptions for internal administration(including 4 concise prescriptions)and 5 prescriptions for external use.A total of 139 kinds of drugs were used,with a frequency of 802 times.A total of 26 kinds of common drugs with a frequency of≥10 were used,and 54 drug pairs with an association frequency of≥10 were used.The top 5 were Ruxiang(Olibanum)and Moyao(Myrrha),Danggui(Angelica Sinensis Radix)and Honghua(Carthami Flos),Danggui and Moyao,Danggui and Ruxiang,and Danggui and Taoren(Persicae Semen).Among the properties of drugs,warm,flat,cold and pungent,bitter and sweet drugs were commonly used,and the top three meridian tropism were liver meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian.Conclusion:The drugs used in bones and muscles injury of GUANs'academic school of acupuncture and moxibustion are mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which are combined with drugs for tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,clearing heat or warming the interior.
