Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)is widely used in clinical practice because of the characteristics of"tonifying without stagnation"in blood tonics.Its chemical composition mainly includes volatile oils,polysaccharides,organic acids,amino acids,flavonoids,etc.,which are commonly extracted by steam distillation,supercritical CO2 extraction,organic solvent extraction,decoction,osmosis,ultrasonic extraction and other methods,and the chemical composition can be affected by the difference in processing methods,regions,phenological periods,and medicinal parts.The pharmacological effects of Danggui have also become more and more in-depth,and the current confirmed ones include regulating blood circulation,post-ischemic injury pro-tection,anti-tissue fibrosis,analgesia,protecting the brain and nerves,improving the body's bone injury state,and improving the body's immunity.There are 76 references.
