Modern medical researches have confirmed that allergic rhinitis(AR)has a serious imbalance of intestinal flora.Intestinal flora can regulate the immune and inflammatory responses mediated by metabolic derivatives by influencing the abundance of metabolites and intestinal barrier homeostasis,and thus participate in the occurrence and development of AR.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that lung and spleen qi deficiency is the key pathogenesis of AR,in the five elements,spleen soil is the mother of lung gold,and the clinical treatment is often to cultivate soil to produce gold,lung and spleen are treated together,especially to strengthen spleen first.The physiological function of intestinal flora is similar to the transportation function of the spleen and stomach.The effect of the transportation function of the spleen and stomach plays an important role in maintaining the balance of intestinal flora.Clinically,the imbalance of intestinal flora can be improved by regulating the transportation function of the spleen and stomach,and then AR can be prevented and treated.There are 34 references.
