涤痰汤加减治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤机制研究进展

涤痰汤是治疗中风的经典名方，临床实践表明，涤痰汤对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的改善作用。通过梳理相关文献，发现涤痰汤加减治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制包括抑制氧化应激反应、减轻炎症反应、抑制兴奋性氨基酸毒性、抑制神经细胞凋亡、调节自噬等。这些机制共同作用，能有效保护神经元，减轻脑水肿和出血转化，改善神经功能缺损症状。在单药成分方面，各种药物主要成分的作用与涤痰汤复方的作用具有一致性。参考文献77篇。
Research Progress on Mechanisms of Modified Ditan Decoction(涤痰汤)in Treating Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury
Ditan Decoction(涤痰汤)is a classic prescription for treating stroke,and clinical practice has shown that it has a significant improvement effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.By reviewing relevant literature,it has been found that the mechanisms of modified Ditan Decoction in treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury include inhibiting oxidative stress response,reducing inflammatory reaction,suppressing excitatory amino acid toxicity,inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,and regulating autophagy.These mechanisms work together to effectively protect neurons,reduce brain edema and hemorrhagic transformation,and improve symptoms of neurological functional deficits.In terms of individual medicinal components,the effects of the main components in each medicine align with those of the compound formula Ditan Decoction.There are 77 references.
