Endoplasmic reticulum stress is closely involved in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the cascading reactions of apoptosis,autophagy,inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress and related studies on acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke.It also analyzes the proteins and signaling pathways involved in the treatment of ischemic stroke by acupuncture through regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress,and points out the existing problems in related studies to provide reference for future studies.There are 52 references.
