摘要
脓毒症急性肾损伤,病位主要在肾,涉及心肺肝脾和膀胱、三焦等脏腑,以脏腑虚损、瘀毒互结为基本病机,虚、瘀、毒三者相互转化,据此确立了补虚化瘀解毒治疗原则,临床多采用炎调方加减,收效甚佳.附验案一则.
Abstract
Sepsis associated acute kidney is mainly located in the kidney,involving the heart,lung,liver,spleen,urinary bladder,triple energizer and other viscera,with the deficiency of viscera and intermingled stasis and toxin as the primary disease mechanism in which the deficiency,stasis and toxin often transform into each other.Hereby,the therapeutic principles of tonifying deficiency,removing stasis and detoxifying is established.In clinic,Yantiao formula(花调方)is often applied with modification to achieve good effect.There is one proved case in this paper.
