摘要
选择合适的体位或姿势是准确定位腧穴的重要步骤.搜集重要针灸古籍中对腧穴定位有体位、姿势要求的经穴及具体体位要求,统计历代文献中这些经穴的数量,分析这些体位、姿势要求在经穴定位过程中的作用,并将其进行分类.第一类为活动姿势,易于使经穴的位置在体表显现出来;第二类是手部姿势,主要是以手指来指示经穴所在的体表位置;第三类是体位,即令患者全身放松,选取可以充分暴露经穴的体表位置,亦可是针刺、留针过程中常选用的体位.明确古籍中定位经穴时的体位、姿势要求及其作用,对准确定位经穴、提高针灸疗效具有一定的意义.
Abstract
Choosing the appropriate body position or postures is an important step in the process of locating acupoints.The author collected important acupuncture and moxibustion literature in ancient time on locating meridian points with requirements for body position and posture and specific body position,counted the number of these meridian points in the ancient literature,analyzed the function of requirements for body position and posture in the process of locating meridian point positioning,and tried to classify them.The first category is the active posture which could make the locations of meridian points appear on the body surface clearly;the second category is the hand posture which is mainly applied to indicate the location of meridian points on the surface of the body with fingers;the third category is body posture which is helpful for fully exposing the location of meridian points on the surface of the body,and to relax the patient's whole body,and is also the frequently applied posture in the process of needling and needle reten-tion.It is important to clarify the requirements for position and posture and their functions in locating the meridian points in the ancient literature,and is significant to a certain degree for the accuracy of locating the meridian points and improving the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion.
