基于"心胆论治"针灸综合治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘要
膝骨性关节炎是一种以膝关节退行性病变为主的疾病,目前病因尚不明确,治疗上多以保守治疗为主.符文彬教授在治疗膝骨性关节炎时,提出以"心胆论治"为核心的整合针灸模式——一针二灸三巩固,灵活运用针刺、艾灸、皮内针、耳穴压豆等中医特色疗法,达到调心胆行气血、腰膝同治、调神固本的治疗目的,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease mainly of the knee joint.The cause is still unclear,and the treatment is mostly conservative.When treating knee osteoarthritis,Professor FU Wenbin proposes an integrated acu-moxa paradigm with"heart and gallbladder therapy"as the core,namely acupuncture is the first treatment,moxibustion is the secondary treatment,and reinforcement is the third treatment.Acupuncture,moxibustion,intradermal needling,auricular points plater therapy and other treatments with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics should be applied with flexibility,so as to achieves the effects of regulating the heart and gallbladder,promoting qi and blood,treating waist and knees together,and regulating mind and consolidating root,and to achieve good clinical effect.
