摘要
总结吴波教授以龙砂膏滋方治疗冠心病的处方思路.立足于中老年冠心病"本虚标实"的病机特点,基于《黄帝内经》冬藏精滋化源理论、五运六气理论以及命门学说、太极河洛理论,提出以龙砂膏滋方治疗冠心病.通过填精益髓、藏精蕴机,调理脾胃、枢转阴阳,三因制宜、辨证施治,资助心之气血阴阳,激发调动人体自调能力,干预冠心病的发生发展,为冠心病的治疗提供思路.附验案两则.
Abstract
The prescription thought by Professor WU Bo to treat coronary heart disease(CHD)with Longsha Chinese herbal paste was summarized.The disease mechanism characteristic of CHD in middle-aged and elderly is"deficient root and excessive branch".According to this characteristics,based on the theory that essence is stored in winter to nourish as well as five circuits and six qi theory,life gate theory,Taiji Heluo theory from Huangdi's Internal Classic,Longsha Chinese herbal paste is proposed to treat CHD.By supple-menting essence and benefiting marrow,storing essence and mechanism,regulating spleen and stomach,pivoting yin and yang,treatment according to three conditions and syndrome differentiation,this treatment could support qi,blood,yin and yang of the heart,stimulate and activate the self-regulation ability of the human body,and intervene the occurrence and development of CHD,so as to provide references for treating CHD.There are two proved cases in this paper.
