刘启泉应用化浊解毒法论治胃癌前病变经验

摘要
胃癌前病变是慢性萎缩性胃炎向胃癌发展的关键环节,延缓或截断本病的进展对降低胃癌的发生意义重大.刘启泉教授提出"浊毒相干为害"贯穿本病始终,临证时根据疾病发展不同阶段,灵活应用理气化湿、清热活血、健脾运脾、温肾滋阴等法以化浊解毒,同时,对无证可辨、有病可医者,注重宏观与微观相结合,精准用药,延缓病势,遏制进展,颇获良效.
Abstract
Precancerous lesion of gastric cancer is a key link for chronic atrophic gastritis developing into gastric cancer.Delaying or stopping the progress of this disease is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of gastric cancer.Professor LIU Qiquan proposes that"turbidity and toxin combined to harm"is throughout the disease course.According to the different stages of disease development,the methods of regulating qi and resolving dampness,clearing heat and activating blood,invigorating spleen,activating spleen,warming kidney and nourishing yin should be flexibly applied for removing turbidity and detoxification.For those with disease but without symptoms for syndrome differentiation,the combination of macro and micro levels and accurate medication should be paid attention to,so as to retard disease trend and delay the disease development with satisfactory effect.
