This article summarizes Professor JIN Zhe's experience in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).According to the size of follicles under B-ultrasound,LUFS can be divided into small follicle type,follicle retention type and continuous follicle enlargement type,among which follicle retention type is mostly combined with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome.Different types of LUFS have their own characteristics,and Professor JIN believes that type differentiation should be made.In terms of treatment,it is necessary to grasp the core idea of seed and menstruation regulation as a whole,and give treatment by stages according to the law of yin-yang and menstrual cycle."Three methods of ovulation"to treat small follicular LUFS by stages is established.In the case of follicular retention LUFS complicated with endometriosis,the main method is to remove blood stasis,and in the case of polycystic ovary syndrome,the main method is to remove dampness and phlegm,dissipate blood stasis and regulate menstruation.For the continuous follicle enlarge-ment of LUFS,the method of resolving phlegm and eliminating disease is used for treatment by stages.
