摘要

传播环境颠覆性的改变,为高校图书馆工作赋予了新的内涵,也给高校图书馆馆员提出了新的要求.全媒体时代,要充分发挥图书馆的最大效能,适应读者多样性的阅读需求,帮助读者快速、精准找到所需的信息资料,就必须从树立图书馆员的理想信念、市场理念和网络意识方面入手,以消解高校图书馆员的职业倦怠.

Abstract

The subversive change in the communication environment has injected new connotations into the work of university libraries and presented new requirements for university librarians.In the era of all media,to fully leverage the library's maximum efficiency,adapt to diverse reader needs,and help readers quickly and accurately find the information they need,it is essential to begin with establishing ideal beliefs,market concepts,and network awareness among librarians.This approach aims to eliminate job burnout among university librarians.
