摘要
"一站式"社区党建育人模式在高校人才培养体系中占据重要地位.当前,高校"一站式"社区党建育人存在着党建工作机制不完善、社区育人合力发挥不足、学生参与社区建设积极性不高、社区育人效果不好等问题.S大学W学院通过实施"党班宿一体化"、在社区设立五级红色网格、创设"123666 筑梦工程"社区品牌文化、营造红色文化与专业文化并重的社区环境等措施积极探索"一站式"学生社区党建育人模式.
Abstract
The"one-stop"community party building education model occupies an important position in talent training system of universities.At present,there are problems with the"one-stop"community party building education in universities,such as incomplete party building mechanisms,insufficient joint efforts in community education,low student participation in community construction,and poor effectiveness in community education.The W College of S University actively explores the"one-stop"student community party building education model by implementing the integration of party,class,and accommodation,setting up a five level red grid in the community,creating the"123666 Dream Building Project"community brand culture,and creating a community environment that emphasizes both red culture and professional culture.
