Research on the Value and Path of Cultivating Outstanding Normal Students from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
In the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation of outstanding normal students should not only face the value demands of"rural"society,but also inject modern elements.The core value of cultivating outstanding normal students from the perspective of village revitalization strategy is to shape a humanistic sentiment of"affinity for the local area"and pursue the optimal effect of education and teaching;to protect the physical and mental health growth of rural education groups;to achieve the co-construction of self-worth and social value of rural teachers,to optimize the path of cultivating outstanding normal students in the perspective of rural revitalization through innovative driving mechanisms,changes in the internal organization of education and teaching,and coupling and coordinating external conditions.
