The Applicability Analysis of the Course of Social Research Methods——Taking Non-Sociology Liberal Arts Majors in Local Universities as an Example
Applicability is an important feature of the course Social Research Methods, but it has exposed such problems in actual teaching as practical difficulties, low application rates of statistical software, disconnection from major innovation projects, and weak connections with local areas. The fundamental reasons of those problems are insufficient curriculum investment, weak foundations of students, neglect of the role of methodology, and a lack of awareness of"going out".The key to solving these problems lies in increasing the curriculum investment, strengthening the foundation of students, implementing scientific innovation projects, and strengthening the cooperation between the school and enterprise.
