OBTL教学模型是以成果为导向、以学生为中心的教学模型,通过预先明确预期学习成果并以此为基础进行教学过程和评价体系的反向设计,构建满足学生学习和人才培养双需求的创新创业基础课程教学模式.结合项目开发式实践实训,提高学生的学习主动性和有效性,有助于学生"双创"知识、能力和思维的提升以及积极向上的价值观的塑造.
Application of OBTL Model in the Teaching of Basic Course of Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Taking Business School of Shaoguan University as an Example
OBTL teaching model is a results-oriented and student-centered education model.It involves the reverse design of teaching processes and evaluation systems based on clearly defined expected learning outcomes,aims to create innovative entrepreneurship foundational courses education model that meet the dual needs of student learning and talent development.By incorporating project-based practical training,it enhances students'initiative and effectiveness in learning.This model contributes to the improvement of students'knowledge,abilities,and critical thinking in innovation and entrepreneurship,as well as the cultivation of positive values.
