Professional Development Evaluation and Training Needs of P.E.Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Shaoguan
In order to improve the professional level of physical education teachers and provide training services,the survey data of 381 teachers were obtained through questionnaire survey and field visits.It was found that physical education teachers in Shaoguan have the characteristics of full workload,low scientific research level,weak application ability of information technology,insufficient ability to carry out health knowledge teaching,lack of teaching innovation and student education ability.It presents a state of"few senior titles,the scientific research team has not been formed,and motivation for self-planning and action is low".Too much workload,difficulty in promotion of professional titles,few training opportunities,and insufficient attention paid by school leaders to sports are the main factors affecting their job burnout and professional development.The teachers have a strong willingness to participate in the training,and expect backbone teachers and discipline leaders to serve as lecturers,and carry out the training mainly in the form of teaching demonstration and exchange learning,focusing on the integration of teaching practice and scientific research.
