响应面法优化皇帝柑精油提取工艺

利用响应面法优化水蒸气蒸馏提取皇帝柑精油的提取工艺条件.探究提取时间、液料比、NaCl添加量、超声波功率对皇帝柑精油得率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件.结果表明,一种皇帝柑精油的最佳提取工艺为提取时间 1.6 h、液料比32 mL·g-1、NaCl添加量 1.8%,在此条件下皇帝柑精油得率为 3.16%,与模型预测最大值 3.19%相差无几,说明该提取工艺切实可行.
Optimization of the Extraction Process of Tribute Citrus Essential Oil by Responsive Surface Method
The response surface method was used to optimize the process conditions for extracting Tribute citrus essential oil by steam distillation,the effects of extraction time,liquid-to-material ratio,NaCl addition amount and ultrasonic power on the yield of Tribute citrus essential oil were explored,and the optimal process conditions were determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was 1.6 h extraction time,32 mL·g-1 liquid-to-material ratio,1.8%NaCl addition,and the yield of Tribute citrus essential oil was 3.16%,having small difference to the model calculated value of 3.19%.It showed that the extraction process of Tribute citrus essential oil optimized by the response surface method was feasible.
