基于机器视觉的表盘在线检测系统设计

手表表盘在生产过程中可能存在表面划痕、刻度缺失、内外圆同心度偏差等问题,需要对其进行检测和分拣.设计了由机器视觉单元、PLC和上位机组成的表盘缺陷检测与分拣监控系统.机器视觉单元由工业相机和LabVIEW图像处理软件构成,采集表盘的表面图像并检测,检测结果以OPC通信方式发送至PLC,由PLC控制流水线装置实现分拣.上位机采用WinCC远程监控设备运行状态并具有数据保存和查询功能.为验证系统设计的合理性,应用机电概念设计软件(NX MCD)设计了表盘分拣装置.
Design of an Online Detection System for Dial Plate Based on Machine Vision
During the production process,watch dials may have surface scratches,missing scales,and deviations in the concentricity of the inner and outer circles,which require inspection and sorting.A dial defect detection and sorting monitoring system composed of machine vision unit,PLC,and upper computer has been designed.The machine vision unit is composed of an industrial camera and LabVIEW image processing software,which collects surface images of the dial and detects them.The detection results are sent to the PLC through OPC communication,and the PLC controls the assembly line device to achieve sorting.The upper computer uses WinCC to remotely monitor the operating status of the equipment and has data storage and query functions.To verify the rationality of the system design,the mechanical and electrical concept design software(NX MCD)was applied to design a dial sorting device.
