改性锯末对铜离子吸附性能的研究

采用化学改性法将氮元素引入天然锯末表面,并用于水体中铜离子的去除;同时考察了吸附剂用量、背景离子浓度、pH值、吸附时间等条件对改性锯末吸附Cu2+能力的影响.结果表明背景离子浓度对吸附过程影响很小、60 min时间内的吸附量可到最大吸附量的 85%.此外,对改性锯末的吸附动力学和吸附等温线进行非线性拟合,结果表明分别符合准一级动力学方程和 Freundlich 等温吸附模型.
Research on Adsorption Properties of Modified Sawdust for Copper Ions
The modified sawdust were prepared by introducing amino into the surface of natural sawdust by chemical modification method to remove Cu2+ in waste water.The effects of adsorbent dosage,background ion concentration,pH value and adsorption time on the adsorption ability of modified sawdust for Cu2+ were studied.The results showed that the background ion concentration had little effect on the adsorption process,and the adsorption capacity of the modified sawdust could reach 85%of the maximum adsorption capacity after 60 min.In addition,nonlinear fitting was performed on the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of modified sawdust,and the results were in accordance with the quasi first order kinetic equation and the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model,respectively.
